  Frequently Asked Questions

I want to appeal more than one order of the bankruptcy court. Do I need to file a separate notice of appeal and fee for each order?

Yes. A party may not seek review of multiple orders using a single notice of appeal. The notice(s) of appeal should be filed with the bankruptcy court, which will notify the BAP of the appeal(s).
