The order I want to appeal may not be a final order. How do I proceed?
File a motion for leave to appeal with the bankruptcy court at the time you file the notice of appeal. The bankruptcy court will notify the BAP of the motion and the notice of appeal. Any response to a motion for leave to appeal, however, should be filed with the BAP.
