Yes. After receiving notification of the appeal from the bankruptcy court and docketing the appeal, the BAP will issue a notice that the appeal has been docketed. Three items must be filed with the BAP within14 days after the date of the notice that the appeal has been docketed: an Entry of Appearance, a Statement of Interested Parties, and a Statement Regarding Oral Argument. These three items may be combined into one document.
