How do I file a motion for rehearing?

A motion for rehearing should not be filed routinely. Rehearing will be granted only if a significant issue has been overlooked or misconstrued by the court. The motion must state with particularity each point of law or fact that the moving party believes the court has overlooked or misapprehended and must argue in support of the motion.
