How do I file a request to change the date, method, or place of oral argument?
The BAP strives to accommodate parties by traveling to the district from which the appeal arose, which involves advance planning. Thus, parties must give the BAP as much advance notice as possible when making a motion to change to the date, method, or place of oral argument. Such a motion will be granted only with leave of court.
