The good news is there is not much difference between the procedures of the BAP and the district court. When the BAP receives the notice of appeal from the bankruptcy court, the BAP will send a notice that appeal has been docketed, which provides you with a BAP case number and informs you of what papers you need to file and where, and the applicable deadlines. Sample forms are available on this website. The Clerk's Office has prepared a "Guide to BAP Appeals," which explains the procedures before the BAP.
