The United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Tenth Circuit (BAP) hears appeals from the decisions of the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Districts of Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Western Oklahoma, Eastern Oklahoma, Northern Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming.
