Appeals before this Court are governed by Part VIII of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the Court’s Local Rules.

Attorneys filing documents with this Court must file all documents electronically using the BAP’s CM/ECF system.  10th Cir. BAP L.R. 8001-1(a).  Individuals not represented by an attorney (“pro se” litigants) and exempt attorneys may file documents electronically using CM/ECF or in person with the BAP Clerk's Office, by mail, e-mail, or fax.  10th Cir. BAP L.R. 8001-1(b), 8001-2(b).  Attorneys may seek by motion for good cause an exemption from mandatory electronic filing.  10th Cir. BAP L.R. 8001-2(b).
